Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Richard was so easy to deal with, very fast at getting us booked in and report done. Very thorough and sent us the report in the exact time frame he had told us. Highly recommend as he saw things in his snagging that we never would have saw even small things. So happy we got him!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would 100% recommend getting Richard to complete any snagging related jobs. The complete process was so simple and quick with the report sent within the same day as the inspection. It is clear from the report that Richard does a thorough check of the property, with lots of detail provided in the report. He picked up on a lot of things I would have missed if trying to complete myself.

I will be going back to Richard for any re-inspection and would use him again for future properties.
